Pesto + Tomato + Kale Hand Pies



It’s our favorite summer combination – basil pesto and tomatoes! Think of a vegan pesto pizza pocket, filled with organic kale, roasted sweet tomatoes, hemp seeds for protein, and a fresh housemade vegan pumpkin seed basil pesto. Perfect topped with marinara sauce, your favorite dairy or non-dairy cheese, or toasted on its own!

Ingredients: filling: kale, tomatoes, basil, hemp seeds, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, garlic, lemon, salt; crust: sweet potatoes, tapioca starch, cassava flour, olive oil, salt

Care:  Warm directly from freezer for 15-20 minutes at 350 on a lined pan. Toast from refrigerator for 3-5 minutes on high in toaster oven. Keeps frozen for up to 3 months and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
