Curry Cauliflower Hand Pies



Ready for FALL? We’re starting to think about getting cozy with this new hand pie. Think samosa with a paleo sweet potato crust! We fill this hand pie with spice roasted cauliflower, fresh greens, chickpeas, and a spiced turmeric coconut milk sauce. Best served warm with a spicy chutney, garlic pickle, or cool raita sauce.

Ingredients: filling: cauliflower, coconut milk, chickpeas, olive oil, swiss chard, kosher salt, turmeric, whole mustard seeds, whole cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, ground ginger; crust: sweet potato, tapioca starch, cassava flour, olive oil, salt

Care:  Warm directly from freezer for 15-20 minutes at 350 on a lined pan. Toast from refrigerator for 3-5 minutes on high in toaster oven. Keeps frozen for up to 3 months and refrigerated for up to 5 days.

    All the pies are delicious! We recently took some on a road trip and they were the perfect snack. Great for gluten free and dairy free diets.
